Refund & Exchange Policy
30 Day Customer Satisfaction (USA Retail and Online Orders Only)
We are proud of Tripl3 products and stand behind our quality. Our guarantee to the original purchaser is that our products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product performance under normal use and care and is subject to use and documentation. Should you need to exchange your Tripl3 battery or charger within 30 days timeframe, simply complete the Replacement Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below, place the RMA form, proof-of-purchase, and the item to be exchanged in a padded envelope, then mail it to the address indicated on the RMA form. We recommend using traceable mail as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail or the postage required to return your item. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

NOTE: All exchange requests MUST be accompanied by the RMA form, proof-of-purchase, and only the damaged item to be exchanged. All requests must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Tripl3 reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet Tripl3 requirements. Any package received without a proof-of-purchase will be discarded and not processed.
Return ONLY the part in your Kit that does not work or is defective. If a clearomizer does not work within 24 hours of receipt may be replaced IF we are notified. The warranty is for only the damaged part and will not replace an entire kit. If the battery is not working do not return the entire kit. You must include proof of purchase and return shipping must be paid by you. Tripl3 will not be responsible for product lost in the mail so you may wish to track your package. Packages returned without your name and address along with a description of the problem will be discarded.
Clearomizers and Tanks are only eligible for return if received Dead On Arrival and Tripl3 is notified within 24 hours of delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, (postage paid by you) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We do not refund shipping charges.
Late or missing refunds
You may also check with your credit card company, it does sometimes take the CC company time before your refund is officially posted. When checking with your bank ask how long it takes to post a refund. If you have checked your bank account and still haven't received a refund within 7 days of the approval email, please contact us at email@example.com
Product Dead on Arrival (DOA)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damaged or "DOA" items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If you need to return a defective or "DOA" product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We recommend you send your product via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. *** We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If a package is returned without customer name, address, proof of purchase or description of the problem, it will be discarded. We cannot be responsible for researching returned items that are not clearly identifiable.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
If the item was a gift when purchased and it was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times depends on where you live.
